The Right Stuff
Stuffing is what you make it - literally. This harvest table staple is adaptable to any taste, any style, and any...stuff you have in your fridge and pantry. Start with a base (bread, rice, potato, etc), add in sautéed veggies, cooked meat, fruit, nuts, herbs and seasoning, a bit of liquid, and fill the cavity of your entree. In fact, you don't even need to wait for this time of year to enjoy stuffing: fill a casserole dish and bake your stuffing in the oven and serve it on any day that ends in 'y'.
