“After improving this recipe, I started selling this in El Salvador to my friends and neighbours, motivating me to keep cooking and eventually learning savoury food,” says Chef Manuel Baharona of Calgary Meals on Wheels. Budin Latino is traditionally made with leftover bread mixed with custard and topped with bananas and raisins. But for Chef Manny, a recipe is a guide you can express yourself with, and in this case, he created Pumpkin Bread Pudding using croissants, and topped with caramel sauce.

“Never cook angry,” he adds. “Follow your imagination and taste and be adventurous. When I started making this dish I never measured anything, I just sprinkled and added stuff until the spirit of love said, ‘That’s enough, Manny!’” Take a page from him and go for it – but now he advises writing down the changes you make along the way!

Love how Chef Manny transformed traditional Budin Latino into something unique with croissants and pumpkin! His philosophy of cooking with love reminds me of Rocket Goal's approach to creative excellence. Never cook angry!

I tried Budin Latino for the first time today, and it's a bit different from regular bread pudding. The pumpkin flavor really stands out, and I think pokepath would love it for its unique twist.

Chef Manny's addition of pumpkin to traditional Budin Latino is intriguing, cómo logra equilibrar los sabores con la custard y las bananas?

I just made a classic Aperol spritz and it's so refreshing! The bubbles and citrus taste bright and lively. It got me thinking about cute moments—like watching babies dance! baby dance turns photos into happy bouncing videos for free with one click.

Slope 2 throws you into a neon tunnel where every second gets faster and more intense. The ball reacts to every tiny movement, so one wrong turn sends you flying into the void.
