Violeta’s Heavenly Shrimp

Chef Erika Costa explains that Calgary’s Sumaq is built on trust and family, and the menu is an homage to these pillars. “Two dishes that are my absolute favourites are the Ceviche and Tallarines de la Abuela, both of which were a significant part of my childhood.” One of her favourite ways to bring the warmer weather to a plate in Alberta is by using ingredients found in Peruvian cuisine. “Use fresh herbs like cilantro, mint, or green onions, and pair them with fresh lime or lemon to create dishes that feel alive on the plate.”

This beautifully highlights the spirit of Sumaq! Chef Costa's emphasis on trust, family, and fresh Peruvian ingredients truly makes her dishes, like Violeta’s Heavenly Shrimp, sound like a delightful culinary experience. For anyone managing a bustling kitchen like hers, generating quick invoices is essential; they might appreciate Invoice Generator for its simplicity.

One of the better things about Pixel Flow is how much it gets out of a tiny rule set. Colored pigs come in on a belt. They only clear matching cubes. The cubes are layered into small 3D objects. Half-used pigs fill your waiting row. That’s pretty much it, but it creates way more tension than you’d think.

Tried a bunch of similar games recently, but Drive Mad stands out because of how creative the obstacles are. It’s not just about driving fast — timing really matters.
